State of the Shoes : To be qualified for a return, the leather shoes should be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which you received them. They should be in their original packing and with all tags and labels. We cannot acknowledge returns for shoes that give signs of wear or are damaged.

Return Window : You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your shoes. Returns after this period won’t be acknowledged.

Confirmation of purchase : A receipt or evidence of purchase is expected for all returns. This assists us with confirming your buy and cycle your get back productively.

Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Defective or Incorrect Items : If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds and Exchanges
